ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daphine Willingham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Offer insurance products to existing customers.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer or obtain within 45 days of start date.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
