ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daphine Willingham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful and engaging interactions with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
- Following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Meet monthly sales goals set by the agency.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
- Assist customers with policy applications.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer or obtain within 45 days of start date.
- Licensed Life and Health Producer or obtain within 60 days of start date.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
